We stayed this week as a coach party at the Hotel Maria, we had the best time. The hotel Manager and his staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, everywhere was spotlessly clean, our rooms were cleaned very well every day while we were at breakfast, and the hotel food was beautiful, only empty plates were collected at the end of the meal. Ok, the hotel may be a little bit older, but everything takes time to make improvements, I would rather have all of the positives that I have mentioned. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
Really nice stay and the host made sure we had everything we needed and was happy throughout. It's a really good location, being just on the seaside then on the road of the main high street. Beds were comfortable and the room was a great size for the 3 of us. It was really quiet as well considering it is on a main ish road. It was everything we needed :)
Did not stay at hotel but went to see the DJ Steve Lyons and his wife on August 22nd and 23rd in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made my time enjoyable. I am disabled and staff and clients were so great and friendly, so will be going next year as well very good memories thank you everyone. Xxxx
I had a wonderful time in this hotel. The young staff were really efficient, service very attentive and friendly. The choice of food is limited and basic, but sufficient. However, one disappointment, being by the seaside, I expected a choice of fish, unfortunately none on the menu. My room was great, spacious , clean & comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea and palm trees ( number 38...). Going to sleep & waking up on the sound of crashing waves is just heaven for me. I recommend the Hotel Maria.
We had a fantastic August Bank Holiday weekend for the national scooter event. Great view of the beach. Music DJ was superb and very reasonable priced drinks. Highly recommend the Maria.
i went on a school trip here and the wardrobe door fell off but the location was epic it took 2 minutes to get to the beach good food
Overall a great experience the staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist my grandsons with dietary needs. Excellent location and beautiful sea views. Just needs some TLC which I believe will happen soon ill be back for my 3rd year. A shout out to Rosie and Staff xx
I went to Hotel Maria with my school, and believe me, it was an incredible experience. The food service is quick and snappy, and the food itself is lovely. The staff there are so kind and polite and can sort out any problem you have. The rooms are so nice, and if you get a room near the front, you get a beautiful view, the location is perfect, just across the road to the beach. Thank you for letting me stay. :)
